Message from the President

Change Japan's internationalization from the living environment

Japan is currently facing the serious problem of a declining birthrate and aging population, which will lead to a decrease in the working population in the future. While Japan needs the power of people from overseas to overcome the current situation, the internationalization of Japanese society rooted in the living environment is still at an early stage. In the future, further progress in globalization is expected from various perspectives such as the recruitment of foreign human resources and the realization of a multicultural society. How can we design and support the living environment in order to create a comfortable home for the diverse people who will be responsible for the future of Japanese society, and to create a home that makes them want to come back?We would like to provide a place where foreigners can interact with Japanese people and experience culture, and an important place for Japanese people where they can feel overseas. We would like to contribute to the development of Japan's future internationalization and the diversification of lifestyles through the living environment so that our share house will become a base for international exchange and culture, and a place for encounters that will become a lifetime asset. I think.
