Development department is working to the owner who have their own real estate to use it more effectively. We are consulting to owner to make low operation monetized idle real estate or low operated leased assets to improved profitable real estate by renovating it. We are giving owner’s property better and have stable income.
We are doing leasing affairs and contract work such as corresponding and guiding share house to customer who are thinking to move in, resident corresponding affairs such as building maintenance and room checking, office work such as updating website, planning party for all residents who are living in our share house and apartment. Our special comparing with other company is that not only make contact with personal, but we also have stable customer from study abroad agent or school from in and out of country.
2. Offering rooms for foreigner who are coming to Japan
We are mainly offering furnished one room for foreigner. One room type residential form is unique to Japan, and very popular to learn Japanese culture from all over the world. Our rooms are all furnished and may use Wi-Fi.
We are supporting on pickups, helping to make Japanese phone and opening Japanese bank account, etc. so customer satisfaction is very high and have many customer became our repeater.
There are people from Taiwan, Sweden, Hong Kong, France, Thailand, Myanmar, etc. almost more than 30 country.
To the customer from overseas, we propose 『Share house』who would like to live with Japanese and we propose 『Furnished one room』who wants to live like Japanese.
