・Exchange students only will receive a monthly subsidy of 25,000 yen from the university. The rent shown is the amount after the subsidy is applied.
・Short-term privately funded international students will be charged the rent displayed plus an additional 25,000 yen per month.
- Meals will not be provided.
・Inquiries to the management company can be made through the app, and support is available in English.
・Each room is equipped with a refrigerator.
・Bedding rental is available for those who wish (16,500 yen).

・Utility costs will be covered by the university.
・Before moving in, you will be charged a separate household insurance fee of 7,000 yen and a cleaning fee of 16,500 yen.
