Daitabashi is a town where three wards, Shibuya Ward, Setagaya Ward, and Suginami Ward, converge.
The share house is located on the north side of the station, in the Suginami Ward area.
It's the 4th stop from Shinjuku by local train, and it's located over the Metropolitan Expressway on a pedestrian bridge, but in contrast to the convenience of the location, it's an area free from noise.
